Went to pizza hut with some of my classmates after our History tutorial. Was pissed of with their services and so i decided to lodge a complaint to the management. Lazy to explain on the details, so i just put up the feedback that i wrote. Haha, sry for the poor language, for people who know me knows my english suck. =/ But still, i still tried to write out a good one.
Here goes...
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was very distrubed by the poor service in pizza hut outlet in Jurong East Entertainment.
Firstly was the time management. The staffs were unable to fulfill their jobs of serving the meals on time as stated in the brochure that there is 15mins guarantee that they will serve the meals on time. Instead, they took more than half an hr to serve the meal. If the staffs are unable to fulfil the duty of serving their meals to their customers, please do not put it on the brochure next time.
Secondly, the staffs did not even know what food are they serving. When we asked for the food that they are serving, they just claimed it as a pasta and it the order comes from our dining table. Worse still, one of the staffs even have to take 3 rounds to clear all to clear the food, which was just a table of 5. This shows how unprofessional the outlet service is.
Lastly is the attitude of the staff. The cashier, named Diana, had such poor attitude as she threw the change on the the table. She still repeated it after we prompted her about her services What attitude was that? Furthermore the cashier was wearing black uniform, so i assume she maybe the crew leader or even the manager. Is this how yr management select your crew leaders? How are they going to lead their staffs with this attitude and service.
I hope that the management will look into this case with the outlet. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Actually the rounds of clearing on the table i have no qualms on it. A bit bu shuang lahz. During my days while i was in seoul garden, i had to tables of 6-8 in just one round. Furthermore that was the buffet outlet where i have to carry the huge stacks of plates at one go along with the hot plate and the soup container... Sigh.
so come on, tell me.
